I hold a lot of tension in my face. I've learned how to release tension around my eyes, nose, cheeks and forehead but when I do so my vision goes blurry. As a kid I had to wear glasses for a couple years because I had trouble focusing my eyes. I'm wondering if this issue never really resolved, and if I've just been compensating for weak ocular muscles/ligaments by tensing all the muscles around my eyes. I'm not sure what to do because the tension seems to contribute to headaches, TMJ pain, neck pain etc but I need to be able to see! Anyone else have insight on this?
