I had a rare day trip out on Thursday to celebrate a friends big birthday and the thought of payback afterwards was making me dread it. But after watching Jo Southalls presentation last week I implemented her strategies, and was out for an amazing 9 hours! I took loads of micro breaks and fidget breaks, changed my activities frequently, and pre-planned a movie R&R day for Friday with my meals ready just to pop on the microwave. So an amazing day out on Thursday followed by a relaxing day spent horizontal watching movies and doing gentle exercises and meditation on Friday and today I feel fully recovered! Wow, what a transformation! Last year I would have been miserable with the stress and anxiety of trying to push myself to participate, and taken weeks to recover. Thank you Jeannie & Jo 🙏
