Hi all! I need some help because it feels like I’m stuck. My condition is very poor and I feel like I need to exercise more to get healthier. But I just don’t know where to start. I really need a routine. I do some classes of Jeannie when I feel like it but I need more. Need to start very gentle. I wish the app would tell me when and what to do because I am clueless. Is there a routine I can follow? Just to get back on track. Thanks!!
