Progression advice anyone? I'm really pleased with the progress I've made by using the Zebra Club consistently over the past 7 months, which has meant I am able to function reasonably well in activities of daily living and, after 12 years of having carers I have slowly been able to reduce, and now completely stop my care package (whoop whoop it feels awesome to be independent again ๐Ÿ’ช). Compared to non Zebras my body is still weak and prone to no-trauma injuries so I'm keen to progress further. However I'm struggling with this a bit a need some advice please?! Basically, I've largely stuck to gentle classes which has allowed me to progress to this point and allowed me to be more active during my day to day life. However when I move onto harder classes, combined with my increased day to day activities, it's too much and I'm having strains and flares. I'm not sure where I'm going wrong but would appreciate guidance on how you moved from gentle classes to harder classes? Thanks ๐Ÿ™
