Sharing a super helpful YouTube by Jeannie... I've been a member for a few months and haven't checked her videos out until now. One of my biggest issues is #shoulders/neck/head tension. I searched for #wrist because weight baring exercises are also an issue for them. Even though I'm pilates teacher trained, I'm learning from Jeannie that rotating your shoulders out is better - I was taught to face the elbows inward which isn't helping and is increasing my tension!
