Travelling in Swiss. Hike 8km, 800 m. I used to be able to do this 5 years ago. Extremely proud to be able to do this kind of hike again, after a really difficult year (Neck instability, many shoulder sublux and a luxation…) I feel I own my body again. Well, my theracane massage is mandatory tonight!
