I hear that joint instability, including subluxations and dislocation, typically get better as we age due to the joints become stiffer. My personal experience (now 37) seems to be going in the opposite direction. I always had issues with all joints, but my neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, pelvic, and knees, are becoming worse rapidly. While the shoulders are finally under some semblance of control, the rest is just spiraling down really fast. For example, until a few weeks ago I never experienced knee subluxations, only instability… now it might happen 2-4 times a day, and even once in bed without any form of aggravation. Is anyone else here experiencing this type of age joint deterioration rather then stiffness?
