Infrared Sauna Has anyone tried regular use of an infrared sauna to manage EDS symptoms? I used to use one years ago king before I was diagnosed to warm me up before swimming. Someone with similar symptoms (a Spoonie but not a Zebra) recently shared with me very positive experience of using one daily. It’s like a sleeping bag!
