Hello I've discovered through the classes that I'm always bracing my lower back when laying on the mat but if I don't something drops in my back which really hurts and can takes weeks to feel right again! The last time it happened (pre zebra club, doing a normal Pilates dvd) I lost a lot of my range of movement there and couldn't exercise at all for a while. How can I stop this happening but still let go of bracing to be able to follow the exercises properly? (Oh, and don't worry, I'm not doing that dvd anymore!)
