Despite my efforts with the Zebra Club classes and a home routine from my PT, my right hip was shifted forward for a few weeks. I went to see my EDS-aware PT, and she released my tight psoas, which helped. This issue has happened several times before. She mentioned that my glutes were weak, which is a part of the problem. We agreed that for our next session we would work on Zebra Club exercises that will strengthen my glutes. She wants to check my form and make sure I’m getting the most out of the exercises. @Jeannie Di Bon and fellow Zebras, which classes and specific exercises would you suggest I work on during my next PT session to strengthen my glutes?
