Hi all! My nervous system definitely needs calming down, and I have been going low and slow. For example I do a lot of the gentle meditation / calm movements especially unwinding the pelvis and unwinding tension But I really enjoy doing the first half / chair only exercises of Jeannie's biggest live EDS movement class https://youtu.be/HTVgVPNNpRE Which if you're not familiar with it is gentle chair exercises like walking, marching in place, side bends, dumb waiter and is a around 34 minutes It doesn't seem to qualify for low and slow but I feel so much better when I do it. But I'm not sure if I'm just trying to push myself because mentally I don't want to believe that I can only do such simple exercises at least for now Anybody's thoughts on this are much appreciated  😊
