Anyone here also struggling with the tendons that connect to the pubis bone ? There is so much tension that builds up even more when sitting. I still have not found a way to release the tension. What is causing this ? Weak glutes or weak pelvis ? What exercises would be very helpfull for this ? When standing up it is much lesser but I cannot stand all day long ๐Ÿ˜…
