Hi Jeannie, Ive just done the foot class on youtube, which was great. Im still in a hotel room and trying to keep up with classes! My feet are flat and they have always been a problem. They started causing alot of pain in other joints a few years ago. This has improved alot since joining the zebra club and I am wearing normal shoes again. I think wearing stability trainers made my problems worse as I now understand that your foot is not meant to be rigid. I just wanted to ask you why my second toe will not stay on the floor when I do the big toe exercises and if there is a way to help this?
