Hope everyone had a great weekend and got a chance to play on the app. I thought I’d post the suggested strategy that has worked really well for members - especially if you are new to exercise or in pain. - remember to start with the Foundations as this sets out key pointers for movement and how to avoid mistakes - we found members start with gentle classes in Mindful & Stress and Sleep & Fatigue. - then move onto the moderate ones there - followed by gentle classes in all the other sections - followed by moderate - then free to choose - you will be ready.
