MCAS and equipment I was just about to order some of the equipment - a mat, ball, resistance bands etc. and realised that I haven’t used any equipment since before I started having major mast cell reactions … and since I now react to so many different things I just wondered whether anyone with MCAS has had any problems with being allergic to mats or bands etc.? It was when Jeannie mentioned latex free bands and I thought I’m not allergic to latex so that is fine, but then thought that was pre reactions, so is it best to avoid latex now? Any advice would be great - I don’t want to order everything and then have to send it all back!
