For a while I've been mostly unable to do any of my former hobbies. The only physical activity I can do these days without hurting myself is walking. I do a little gardening when I can but the bending, pulling, and shoveling/hoeing etc is painful and I'm rarely able to muster the energy. I used to do a lot of crafts like knitting, crocheting and beading and I recently developed an interest in mosaic art and made a couple of small mosaics, but the leaning over, looking down, and use of my arms and hands aggravates my TOS and neck pain. So, I'm watching way more TV than I ever have and spending loads of time looking at screens. But I miss doing things. My energy level is low but still I'm often bored. Has anyone with similar limitations found hobbies that don't aggravate your symptoms? How do you all bring satisfaction and fun into your lives? How do you occupy your time?
