Just finished the vagus nerve class that was live. I was surprised how the eye movements really affects the nervous system! I've heard so much recently about stimulating the vagus nerve but never knew what it meant. Definitely cool to realize there are actual simple exercises that can affect it! I definitely feel a bit nauseous and drowsy now. I also yawned alot throughout the video. This is the first time I've done any vagal stuff. @Jeannie Di Bon curious to know if this is something that will be put in future videos? Be very interesting to see if implementing regular vagal exercises into my routine could help alleviate some of my fatigue and sleep issues...
