Hello everyone! Desperate for some help, I have awful sciatica at the moment. I have been doing the sciatica solutions which does give me some temporary relief and I’ve been given some pain killers by the doctor. The doctor has said I need to wait 2 months to see if it will go before I should go back to seek further help. I’ve already had sciatica for a few months so feel really defeated at the moment! Please let me know any tips that have helped as I’m willing to try anything at the moment.
