Hi! I’m getting started with the “starter pack” program - do folks recommend doing just one each day in the order of the program if you’re just getting started doing exercise again after a long time? I wasn’t sure if there was a regiment that I should follow - like certain ones in the morning and at night, etc. thanks for any suggestions! ♥️
