Just wanted to share that I went back to the “foundation” to (re)experience it with a specific focus on the hips, pelvis, knees, ankles, and feet, which of course I’ve done the first time, but it’s been a while since I’ve done them and I’m having new issues with the knees, and it felt amazing! Decided it’s the right step forward to regain better stability again with the major changes in both knees. I often don’t do a specific class, but choose specific exercises to do, from classes here on the app, the YouTube channel, and the two books. Having the foundations done again was an excellent reminder of a few things I must have not been paying enough attention to lately, and think I’ll start going back there more often. Thank you Jeannie for all that you are doing! 🦓💪
