Time for a bit of a rant… 🙄 Hi guys. I’m quite new here and looking to make friends. I’m just wondering how you all cope with bad medical treatment in hospitals? It seems like my rheumatologist has to literally tell them how to do their job…😐 I also have quite a complicated history with some of the staff especially an orthopaedic surgeon who thinks he knows my medical conditions (I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome classical and hyper mobile type, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome,Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and probably Gastroparesis and endometriosis as well) He doesn’t believe in any of it and has made my life a living hell because now my partner (who comes into the hospital every time I go due to me having medical PTSD, tonight I went for a dislocated shoulder and they wouldn’t let him in even though the doctor (very close friend) said it was fine.
