Hi!! I’m 19 and have hEDS, I’m in hospital atm after 2x L4/5 micro discectomys less than a week apart, the first one worked for 24 hours before my disc re bulged and was worse than before, leaving me unable to sit or stand. We’re currently waiting to see if my pain steadies itself and the disc stops getting worse, and if not are planning to do a spinal fusion. The physio team here aren’t very familiar with EDS and aren’t sure on the best tips for exercises to try and strengthen while we wait to see if more surgery is needed. Has anyone been through something similar and has any advice? I’m quite overwhelmed with everything at the moment
