I get soreness in the soft tissue where my legs bend on the front from sitting (maybe my hip flexors?)— due to my POTS being uncontrollable (working on that but right now it’s untenable to stand any more than I do). By the end of the day I am desperate to lie flat on my stomach to stretch out these muscles and they only feel good stretched super flat. Are there any exercises here anyone has found to help these? I think it’s less of an issue when they get flat time during the day (walking/standing) but that’s few and far between for me while working on my POTS issues (wheelchair a lot).
