To the person who asked in Dr bluesteins about foot pain. I've had very similar, something on the top of my foot popping in and out - awful, horrible feeling. I got very substantial custom orthotics made for me a couple of years ago- and I now only have the issue for a day or two every month ( when premenstrual) . Hope this helps!
