Hey 🦓🦓🦓! Wondering if anyone else has a pelvic bone (“hip bone,” aka ASIS) that is severely rotated forward? This is causing a lot of my neck pain/nerve impingement and the exercises my PTs have given me haven’t helped to realign it. Feels like my pelvis is so out of alignment that even gentle pelvic rocking back and forth is challenging due to lack of pelvic proprioception. If you’ve experienced this, what do you find helps the most?
