I’m prone to plantar fasciitis and am fretting that another bout is coming on as the soles of my feet are very sore. I did an Epsom salts soak last night and plan another one for later today. Thought I might take max ibuprofen dose for a few days too. Does anyone else suffer from this and have tips to fend off a flare up?
