Hi, *question about the transverses abdominis muscle* I've been told that activating the transverses via the pelvic floor, is the only exercise that works this area of the pelvis. My questions: are there any other exercises that work this part of the pelvis? Also, if you have tried this exercise, do you like it? I can't pinpoint why, but I strongly dislike this exercise. I am new here. I've been doing Jeannie's YouTube videos for over a year now so I'm glad to be an official member! :) Thank you so much for putting so much dedication into this program. I am impressed by how structured this is.
