Asking for my younger sister. What exercises are good for strengthening knees that tend to sublux (not visibly) at random times and then locks and become painful. Chiropractor mentioned it might be lack of quad strength...which TZC exercises are good for quad strength? Since the knee is the middleman between the hip and ankle, would a particular hip or ankle class be helpful as well? This knee issue started after a slightly traumatic incident over half a year ago while playing soccer and someone accidentally slammed into her supporting leg. No longer an acute injury, just chronically subluxing and weak.
