ADMIN NOTICE FOR PEOPLE WHO TRANSFERRED OVER TO THE APP FROM OLD PLATFORM August was the time for many annual subs to expire. The new app will then try to take a monthly subscription from your saved card details. During this time, many cards have expired or changed. Please check otherwise people are getting locked out or cancelled from the app - which we definitely don’t want. If you prefer annual sub, this would be the time to cancel and resign up under annual.
