I have a question regarding the Finding Your Gait class. One of the exercises in the video is lifting just your big toe, and then lifting just the other four toes. I can easily lift my other four toes, but cannot lift my big toe on its own even a millimeter. Do I just keep doing this exercise, and hopefully I'll be able to eventually? What does this mean if my big toes just won't even move like that? I'm finding all these classes SO informative so far. My ankle pain is by far the worst pain I experience, to the point where it feels like my ankles are shards of glass a lot of the time, and it's been fascinating to start to understand how things like gait are influencing that pain.
