I'm so deconditioned that I'm finding I can only do about half a class at a time, and only every 2nd or 3rd day, before my muscles fatigue and my joints become too unstable to continue. This is frustrating me as I'm desperate to get stronger. I'm curious to know how long it takes to start to see improvement and be able to do more when you start from such a low baseline? Thanks.
