Hey peeps! I'm Vicki, 28yrs old & in the US (southern New England.) Diagnosed with hEDS about 4 years ago after 4 years on the diagnosis-go-round 🎠 My pelvic physical therapist mentioned to me that a lot of her EDS patients "like this app called the Zebra Club" for daily exercises and y'all, I literally said to this woman "oh ok 🤷🏻‍♀️ I already have a chick I like on YouTube, do you know Jeannie DiBon?" 🙄 She didn't, we moved on... then yesterday I saw Jeannie promoting this app on social media & I started cracking up lmao. (Thanks for all you do, Jeannie!) So, here I am. Excited to be here. ☺️ Getting a cystoscopy next week and am sooooo not excited.
