Getting started questions Hi all, new to the app but, at 38, not new to hEDS. Tips getting started using the app? I’m not finding it intuitive to use. Is there a place for newbies to ask questions or is there a getting started guide? I noticed another post suggesting that starting a program can be helpful but am not sure how to approach that—watch the vids in order, any order, anytime, staggered? Is there a recommended schedule or calendar to follow? Thanks for your tips and advice! I’m hoping that this will be a useful resource if I can learn to navigate it.
