I'm after people's experiences with #SteroidInjections in shoulders. My osteopath has recommended it as weeks/months of treatment and exercise hasn't cleared the problem, and an MRI has shown some inflammation in the area. My GP has referred me to a local clinic to get it done but the waiting list is 3-6 months. He was also quite sceptical saying that the injections don't always work. There is an option to go private but I'm wary of spending more money if the outcome isn't guaranteed. 🤔 Has anyone here had a steroid injection and was it successful?
