Does anybody know why when I am Sitting down on any type of chair I struggle to put the Weright into my feet. I do really focus on my pelvis and if it’s tilted or not but nothing really makes a difference. I feel like when I’m sitting on a chair especially my computer chair I have to grip my hips and when I try and relax them it feels like both roll out to the side ( The right more than the left) and minimal weight goes down to my feet. Any thoughts here?
