I’m trying a few new classes this week. I did the Refreshing Morning Wake-up this morning. Half way through there is a “Z sit” there’s no way I could get into it which I found quite hilarious as I used to be a ballet teacher. The lack of mobility is as a result of a hip replacement 3yrs ago that didn’t go well, severe gluteal medial tear from the surgery with bad recovery during pandemic. I’m trying to work out which exercises to do to get into a Z sit? Is it just simply a tight hip etc? I am still in a lot of pain and it flares easily. Maybe I should stay with the few classes I was doing for now.
