How do you manage bad anxiety about neck instability? I struggle so much with anxiety attacks, often about my neck as I am scared it will get worse. It is hard to calm down when nobody can tell me what the future holds (as in positive stuff). I'm scared it'll one day have me bedbound or worse. I hope to get a bit more stable through exercises, but when I have bad days, I get so petrified I get basically paralysed with fear and can't function. I try to avoid too much focus on it to stay calm, but on bad days I can't think of anything. I'm already on anxiety pills and do yoga, meditation, nature walks and guided imagery stuff.
