Thank you to everyone who wrote such kind things to me last week. I got through the immediate crisis I was facing but now I am dealing with the physical after effects. For me it’s mostly neck and shoulder tension. I’m going to do one of the rest and restore mat videos now but is it wise to do the neck stabilization or the coat hanger exercises while the muscles are tense?
