Hi everyone. I got q diagnosis of Eds a few weeks ago, pain has been getting progressively worse over the course of 6 months which is scary. I feqtr it's progressing rapidly. Nothing seems to be helping. Meds noratriptyline and tramadol don't touch the pain. I'm waiting on physio. And had my first steroid injections in my hips today. Next week is shoulders. I'm new to this and the diagnosis had been a shock. I don't know how to cope sometimes. Any general advice would be great.
