Hello I'm really struggling with my wrists, shoulders and neck at the moment which is stopping me progressing and improving everything else, I find myself only capable of doing the gentle seated workout and on some days (like today) I struggle even with that! Is there a class that focuses on the lower body without arms and with no 4 point kneeling position? Should I focus on relaxing my shoulder and neck area and forget anything else for now? I feel like I'm going backwards at the moment and losing any progress I made. πŸ™
