Does anyone (or @Jeannie Di Bon) know if there is a way of finding classes based on if they are upright or supine (or has anyone already done the work of taking note of which classes are predominantly upright?) I'm newly on medication that means I need to avoid being supine through the day and I find I'm getting slack on my movement classes and could do more if I knew which classes I can do without lying down
