Does anyone have any strategies to bring hives down? 😭 having a bad flare of it and its not going down with my usual antihistamines I feel like it may be an MCAS trigger of some sort because my GI flares are more apparent too. H2 blockers have worked , but not my H1 blockers (zrytec)
