Tens and vagus nerve So I just got the ear plugs for the vagus nerve stimulation with the tens. However, it did not come with instructions. I found the instructions posted here on a previous post with the same issue. But I don’t know where to place the plugs on the ear. Where, and both ears? Googled it and there were lots of different suggestions, so don’t know which to go for. Thank you for any advice! 😊
