Hey zebras! Has anyone here subluxed a knuckle before? It feels like the knuckle for my right pointer finger is out of alignment. (See photo, it’s the MCP joint.) I tried checking YouTube, but most of those videos aren’t helpful. Heading to the chiropractor tomorrow evening to hopefully to get this fixed. Any help you can suggest in the meantime would be greatly appreciated!
