Hello another question from me! I'm still having problems with my shoulders (i think i always will) but this time whilst laying down! I dont have a good range in one shoulder, its stiff and painful but i also dont have enough room anywhere in my house to be able to stretch my arms up then out and around (as in the non weight baring class and others) is there something else i could do instead that will gently mobilise my shoulders without straining my pecs (thats what seems to happen at the mo) Thanks
