Hi all The last few days the way weather effect us has been talked about. I'm in UK weather the last few days my body feels been hit by a truck. Iv kinda got my own little routine it seems to help Calm me down so it may not work for everyone I worked on it in February this years. It slow gentle movement & gentle stretch: A couple of mins lie on mat or meditation I kinda mix it 5 mins covid class from YouTube Rest (may be upto 5mins) 5 mins covid class from YouTube Then meditation or breathe work Or Same process but I change 2nd covid class to a reduced morning wake up class. I struggle to do a full class in colder weather early really fatigue me but breaking it down like this helps. Do any of you have a routine for these changes in weather.?
