Hello Everyone - Does anyone experience extreme tightness in the jaw, head and neck? If so, do you have any recommendations for relief? Once it starts it’s like I cannot get it to calm down. I feel a lot of nerve pain in the body during this time too. I’ve been considering purchasing a neck brace as I’ve been told I have cervical instability by my physical therapist. Any help is so greatly appreciated!
