Hello, I’m new here and determined to get my body back. I’m the meantime in bed some advice. My ankles are in a perpetual state of sprain. It’s like I’ve had a bad sprain in both since February this year. Im starting with the foot and ankle exercises but it’s early days. Walking and standing is limited for me. No more than 500-700 metres and can’t stand still for more than 1-2 minutes. No exaggeration. Im missing out on days with my two children. Has anyone tried a walking stick with a seat. They are called shooting sticks? Thanks in advance
