Does anyone have a good ankle compression sleeve they recommend? Or a Ktape method? It was suggested in Dr Russek’s Hypermobility 101 presentation as a way to improve proprioception. I have a weak ankle, the poor thing has rolled more times than I can count and I think it’s impacting my SI joint. I’m working on foot strengthening, but hoping this might help a little more.
