If you are in the US, do you know the difference between a work activity status letter versus a Physician Certification for Reasonable Accommodation Considerations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)? For context, I asked my doctor for a doctor note for no prolonged sitting/walking/standing at work, and I got a work activity status letter with a 6 month expiration date. I'm wondering if the other letter is any different/if it has a longer expiration date. I just don't want to have to keep asking my doctor every six months for one. Thanks in advance! :)
